1. Eligibility for Returns

  • The wrong product was delivered

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition

2. Non-Returnable Products

TechMedSales reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving any refund or replacement.

4. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

Refund timelines:

  • UPI / Wallets: 3–5 business days
  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days
  • Net Banking: 5–7 business days

Shipping charges, installation fees, and service charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by TechMedSales.

5. Replacement Policy

Eligible products may be replaced instead of refunded in cases of:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Transit damage
  • Wrong item delivery

Replacement availability depends on stock availability.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment confirmation.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

For prepaid cancelled orders, refunds will be processed after verification.

7. Warranty Claims

Products covered under warranty may be repaired or replaced as per warranty terms.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage
  • Unauthorized repairs
  • Electrical surge damage
  • Improper usage
  • Accidental damage

8. Shipping for Returns

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns.
